Rachel is an active member of The Resistance and is in Quayle and Eric Broussard's cell.
Katie Bowman knows, and seems to trust her. She travelled with Katie to the operation in "98 Seconds" and it was Rachel who Katie turned to for advice in "Broussard".
Death[]
Killed in "In From The Cold" by Lagarza while trying to escape from the set-up meeting in the market between Broussard, Quayle and the other cell. The bodies of Rachel and her two sons were hung under a bridge as a warning by Homeland Security.
