Vincent is a member of the Resistance and Noa's contact in the California woodlands. He helps the Bowman family along with former Proxy Alan Snyder in reaching the Resistance Base. He fights under the leadership of Andrew MacGregor, but unlike McGregor, he sees reasoning, but lacks the courage to act against him. He even proved his loyalty to MacGregor by killing his friend Bugs. He was shot in the head by Andrew MacGregor after using a radio to get help from the Occupation.
